In line with our unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, we have formulated a comprehensive warranty policy to provide you with "Peace Of Mind Guaranteed". This warranty policy is a testament to our dedication to delivering a seamless and luxurious sleep experience that extends well beyond your initial purchase.

Warranty Coverage:

The limited warranty on the Springfit mattress covers manufacturing, material, and product construction issues. It covers manufacturing flaws in the mattress core, such as sagging, indentation, or structural issues that undermine the core's performance. It also covers manufacturing flaws in the mattress cover, such as stitching or fabric issues that influence the usage and lifetime of the cover. It is, however, restricted if the mattress is not utilised in conjunction with a properly supportive base and frame. A mattress's repair of one element or part does not necessitate the replacement of another. This limited warranty applies solely to the original purchaser.

Warranty Duration:

The warranty duration varies depending on the specific mattress model. Please refer to the documentation provided with your mattress or visit our official website to determine the exact warranty period applicable to your mattress. In general, our warranty periods typically range from 4 to 25 years.

Warranty on Pro-Rata Basis:

During the first year after your purchase, in the unlikely event of a defective mattress, Springfit offers a free replacement for any material or workmanship defects. Subsequently, the warranty benefits will be determined on a pro rata basis. Here's an example to explain how this works:
Suppose you have a mattress with a 5-year warranty, and a defect appears after 3 years of use. In this case, a pro-rata warranty will be applied for the remaining 2 years of the warranty period. This means that if a defect arises in a mattress with a current value of ₹10,000 and a 5-year warranty after 2 years of use, the replacement cost would be calculated as follows:
1. Utilized Value: ₹10,000 x 2 / 5 = ₹4,000
2. Residue Value: ₹10,000 - ₹4,000 = ₹6,000
*The pro-rata calculation is based on the prevailing price at the time of the warranty claim, ensuring a fair and equitable adjustment to reflect the remaining warranty period.

Warranty Terms and Conditions:

In order to qualify for warranty coverage, the following terms and conditions must be met:
1. Please ensure that the MRP label is pasted on the mattress at the time of purchase. A duly filled warranty card and relevant invoice must be produced along with the defective mattress.
2. After the first year of the warranty period, the customer will be charged for shipping and repair charges based on actuals.
3. The topmost layers of a mattress are known as the comfort layers. The warranty doesn't cover natural wear & tear of comfort layers after the warranty period.
4. The warranty does not cover normal changes in softness and recovery time associated with memory foam and latex materials. The warranty also excludes loss of comfort due to difficulties such as back or body aches, or hard or soft feel. The warranty only covers physical flaws and structural issues with a mattress.
5. In the event of a replacement, pro-rata charges will apply based on the pro-rata calculation.
6. The company will bear only the costs resulting from repair or replacement... Transportation costs will not be borne by the company.
7. Transportation and inspection costs will be charged as per actual after the first year of warranty.
8. If repair is required in the mattress, then the repair cost will be charged after 1 year of the guarantee period, along with freight charges.
9. Body impressions in the mattress measuring less than 38.1 mm are not considered sagging and will not be covered under warranty.
10. Specifications vary depending on the model. The Guarantee/Warranty is subject to the following conditions: model. Tolerance for length and width is 12mm, while the thickness tolerance is + 20mm and - 10mm.
11. The company will not be liable for any consequential damages
12. Under no circumstances may the company's liability exceed the price of the defective items.
13. The company's assessment and decision on the nature of defects and the applicability of warranty/guarantee will be final.
14. Claims, if any, will be limited to courts exclusively within the jurisdiction of New Delhi.

Comfort and firmness preference or suitability issues, as are subjective and vary from person to person.
Natural wear and tear are considered a normal part of a mattress's life and are not indicative of a manufacturing defect.
Mattresses sold "as-is," "pre-owned," or without their original packaging and/or proof of purchase.
Mattresses purchased from unauthorised dealers who are not officially recognised by the manufacturer.
Damage resulting from mattress abuse, mishandling, or improper maintenance, including issues such as stains, burns, or damage caused by liquids.
Bed height/weight-related issues
Cover (fabric) & thread/stitch ripping during use, which is considered a result of regular wear and tear and not a manufacturing defect.

Products that have been opened or tampered with at the seams will not be eligible for return or warranty claims.

Limited Warranty Covers The Following:

1. Loose wires, broken or protruding through the fabric.
2. Body impressions, which are greater than 40mm in depth.
3. Sagging only if the mattress has been continuously supported by a proper foundation (or equivalent) and used with an appropriate frame and centre support.

Springfit Mattress Care Guidelines:

Do's
Use a supportive, sturdy, non-yielding foundation for your new Springfit mattress. An old foundation unit may not provide sufficient support.
Use a frame that provides firm centre support as well as support for the head, foot, and sides of the mattress. Use at least 5 hardwood slats (1" x 4") and add legs to the three middle slats for any queen or king frame that does not include a metal centre support. If you do not provide adequate support for the product, damage can occur, and your limited warranty will be void.*
Add a sturdy platform on top of any open-slatted mattress support system with slat openings more than two (2) inches. The use of an open-slatted mattress support system with gaps between the slats more than two (2) inches (5 centimetres) without the addition of a solid platform may damage your mattress and void your guarantee.
To avoid stains, always use a mattress protector.
When moving, place your mattress in a carton and carry it flat on its side to avoid damage.
Rotate the mattress according to the instructions in this booklet. Rotate the mattress every three months.
Keep your mattress clean, covered, and dust-free.
Allow your mattress to 'air' when you remove its packaging.

Don'ts
Do not remove the labels from the mattress, as the labels serve as a means of identification to establish your limited warranty rights.
Do not use an open-slatted mattress support system (e.g., a platform bed frame in which your mattress rests directly upon slats with open spaces between the slats) where the openings between the slats are greater than two (2) inches (5 centimetres), as this will damage the mattress. To prevent damage to your mattress if the gaps between the slats exceed two (2) inches (5 centimetres), the support system may be modified by applying a solid platform on top of the slat system.
Do not bend, fold, stand or jump on the mattress as it may cause damage.
Do not use cleaning fluids on your mattress; it may damage some of the materials.
Do not use any fabric protection spray or apply chemicals to this product.
Do not smoke in bed or use open flames near the bed.

Thank you for choosing Springfit—where luxury meets reliability. Rest assured, our commitment to quality and your comfort extends far beyond your purchase.
